1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stock Value Finder website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by AI Forge LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Stock Value Finder ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. For material changes that affect paid subscribers, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice via the email or phone number associated with your account.

2. Description of Service

Stock Value Finder is an AI-powered stock analysis tool that provides informational and educational content about publicly traded securities. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• AI-generated fair value estimates ("AI Fair Value")
• AI-generated quality scores ("Company Grade")
• Financial data aggregation and display
• AI-generated analysis and commentary
• Investment category classifications

The Service is strictly informational and educational in nature. It is not intended to provide, and should not be construed as, personalized investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation to engage in any investment strategy.

Stock Value Finder is not a registered investment adviser (RIA), broker-dealer, financial planner, or fiduciary. We do not owe you a fiduciary duty and do not provide personalized investment recommendations.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. Account authentication is provided through a third-party authentication service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor.

Free Tier. You may access up to twenty (20) full stock reports at no charge and without providing payment information. Free tier limits are subject to change at our discretion.

Paid Plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change; we will notify you of any price changes at least thirty (30) days before they take effect, via the email or phone number associated with your account.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing section of your account. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

Refunds. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at support@stockvaluefinder.ai. We are not obligated to provide refunds except as required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to access or extract data from the Service without our prior written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Share your account credentials with third parties or allow multiple individuals to use a single account
• Use the Service to provide investment advisory services to third parties
• Use the Service or its Content to create, train, or improve a competing product or service, or to build or populate a database or dataset for commercial purposes

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, methodologies, text, graphics, logos, and other materials available through the Service (collectively, "Content") are the property of AI Forge LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and its Content for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may reference or cite our analysis in personal, non-commercial contexts (e.g., personal blogs, social media) provided you attribute the source to Stock Value Finder. Bulk reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of Content requires our prior written consent.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

A substantial portion of the analysis, commentary, valuations, and scores provided by the Service is generated by artificial intelligence (AI) systems. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. AI models can produce plausible-sounding but incorrect analysis. Valuations and scores are estimates, not facts.
• AI-generated content is not individually reviewed by human analysts before publication. While we employ automated quality-assurance checks, no human reviews each individual stock analysis for accuracy.
• AI models may produce different results for the same inputs over time due to model updates, prompt changes, or inherent variability in AI systems.
• Past AI-generated valuations or scores are not indicative of future accuracy.
• The AI does not know your personal financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives. Its output is generic and not tailored to any individual.

You should independently verify any information provided by the Service before making investment decisions. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial advisor before acting on any information from the Service.

8. No Investment Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any investment activity.

Stock Value Finder is not registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or any state securities regulatory authority. We are not a broker-dealer, and we do not effect transactions in securities on behalf of others.

The AI Fair Value estimates, Company Grades, investment categories, and all other analysis provided through the Service are tools for informational and educational purposes only. They are not intended to serve as the primary basis for any investment decision.

All investment decisions are made solely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any investment decision. We do not guarantee that any particular investment outcome will result from the use of our Service.

9. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Completeness

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information but make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information provided through the Service.

Financial data displayed on the Service is sourced from third-party providers and public filings. We do not independently audit or verify this data. Errors in source data may propagate through our analysis.

The Service may experience delays, interruptions, or errors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service or that the Service will be free of errors.

The Service is not provided with any guaranteed level of uptime or availability. We do not offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA).

10. Third-Party Data and Services

The Service incorporates data from third-party sources including financial data providers and public regulatory filings. This data is provided "as-is" without any warranty. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of third-party data.

The Service utilizes third-party infrastructure for authentication, payment processing, and AI computation. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Links to third-party websites or services, if any, are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

11. Limitation of Liability

The following section limits our liability. Please read it carefully.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Forge LLC (d/b/a Stock Value Finder), its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or investment losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Without limiting the foregoing, in no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).

You specifically acknowledge that AI Forge LLC shall not be liable for any investment losses or financial damages resulting from your reliance on information provided through the Service, including AI-generated valuations, scores, or analysis.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Forge LLC and its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) claims by third parties arising from your investment decisions or your redistribution of information obtained through the Service.

13. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution. Before filing any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@stockvaluefinder.ai and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

Binding Arbitration. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Wyoming, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

Small Claims Court. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in the State of Wyoming (or any other court of competent jurisdiction for small claims) as an alternative to arbitration.

Fee Allocation. AI Forge LLC will pay all AAA filing, administration, and arbitrator fees for claims under $10,000, except for an initial filing fee not to exceed $200 charged to you by AAA.

Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@stockvaluefinder.ai within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in court under Section 16.

Class Action Waiver. YOU AND AI FORGE LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or non-payment.

If we terminate your account without cause during an active paid subscription period, we will provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription (if applicable) and contacting us at support@stockvaluefinder.ai to request account deletion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6 through 16 shall survive termination.

15. Disclaimers

The following section disclaims certain warranties. Please read it carefully.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE IS SUITABLE FOR MAKING INVESTMENT DECISIONS OR THAT ANY ANALYSIS, VALUATION, OR SCORE WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR PROFITABLE.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration under Section 13 shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming.

17. General Provisions

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Forge LLC regarding the Service.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

Cookies and Data Collection. For information about how we collect data and use cookies, see our Privacy Policy.

Force Majeure. We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, internet or telecommunications failures, third-party service provider outages, or interruptions in financial data feeds.
